By downloading, installing, or using CupTracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

CupTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the PGA Tour, the official Ryder Cup, or any other professional golf organization. CupTracker is an independent tournament management application for organizing Ryder Cup-style team tournaments.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CupTracker. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

CupTracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use to organize and score golf tournaments. You may not use the App to engage in any unlawful activity or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, such as tournament names, player names, and scores. By submitting content, you grant One Step LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content as needed to operate the service.

Tournament data, including scores and match results, is visible to all participants in that event. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to enter other individuals' information into the App.

CupTracker is free to download. Certain features require a one-time in-app purchase. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Refunds are handled entirely through the respective app store's standard refund process. One Step LLC does not process refunds directly.

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by One Step LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

CupTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Scoring calculations, handicap adjustments, and leaderboard results are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for verifying results where accuracy is critical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Step LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, scoring errors, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CupTracker at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
